Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping at Baksaa.com. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
📦 Return & Exchange Process
- Return or exchange requests must be initiated via the ‘Return or Exchange’ option available in the website footer.
- We strive to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Kindly read through these guidelines before placing an order.
🔁 Returns
- Refunds for returned items will be processed either to the original payment method or to the bank account details provided by you at the time of your request.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup within 1–3 business days of confirming your return request—at no additional cost.
- Once the product reaches us (usually within 6–7 business days), and if it meets the return conditions, we will initiate the refund within 2–3 business days.
- In case of return, submit Return request form.
🔄 Exchanges
- If the selected exchange item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
- If the selected item is of lower value, we will refund the balance to your original payment method.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer you the best possible alternative or initiate a refund.
- The full exchange process typically takes 10–15 business days.
- Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- In case of exchange, submit Exchange request form.
🌍 International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders at this time.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Gift Cards
- Customized Products
- Items purchased during a sale or promotion
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and undamaged
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- All original tags and labels must be intact
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that:
- An item is damaged in transit
- There is a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product is delivered
We will replace the item at no additional cost, provided a request is made within the stipulated return window.
📮 Self-Shipping Instructions (If Reverse Pickup Not Available)
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the product to the address below within 5 days of raising the return request:

Note: Self-shipped returns received after 5 days of the request will not be accepted.
