  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp/SMS to keep you updated in real time.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Free Standard Shipping is available across India.
  • Estimated Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Courier Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers such as Bluedart Air to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

💳 Prepaid & Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Options

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at no extra cost for domestic orders. COD orders are verified via phone or email, so please ensure your contact details are accurate.
  • Prepaid Orders (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) are processed and shipped faster, offering a more seamless experience.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International shipping charges vary based on destination and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 10–12 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier timelines.
  • Courier Partners: We ship internationally through reliable carriers such as FedEx and Aramex.
  • Duties & Taxes: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Delivery Issues & Unserviceable Areas

  • Missed Deliveries: If delivery fails after two attempts, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund (international shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • Unserviceable Locations: If your pincode is not serviceable, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.

🏪 Jaipur Local Deliveries

  • In-store Pickup: Available within 24 hours for orders placed from Jaipur.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for Jaipur-based orders placed before 4 PM. Orders placed after that will be delivered the next business day.
